Total Call International launched six new direct dial programs for residential customers that offer rates as low as 2.9 cents per minute.

Total Call International, in business since 1999, launched six new residential direct dial rate plans to diversify and target more specifically end user communications needs. With three rate plans previously with a range of interstate rates, the new plans offer customers to choose a plan that pinpoints their calling habits whether they make a lot of calls at night or call primarily overseas.
